What a great couple days we have had. People all
over town are bragging about the Asbury group and about how hard
they have worked and how caring they have been. Because of that
attitude and testimony, the director of Samaritan's Purse down
here asked us to be involved on Thanksgiving in a service for
a church in longbeach. We will be doing a little worship service
that will include a group of 65 Haitian-Americans from Florida
at a Nazarene Church in Longbeach that they are going to rebuild
in one day!
Many homes are being mucked out, one of the City's favorite monuments
has been re-installed (as well as about 6 others in a park), and
many of our students have been continuing to help cook, and feed
over 100 volunteers in a food tent .
We still can't post many pictures because of the internet capabilities,
but will have many posted eventually...we will keep trying...
The weather has been beautiful (a bit nippy at night though),
the work has been hard and rewarding at the same time, and God
is good...all the time.
Thanks for praying and please continue to pray for safety and
for ministry opportunities.

How many workers can you fit under a house?
